Our Mission: pRizzo Consultants Ltd. is a company based in Malta and specializing in management and efficiency-oriented solutions. We act as consultants to various industries, ranging from small businesses to the heavy engineering industry. We assist small firms manage start-up, and large firms manage critical projects. Our team is a small core of professional engineers, managers and accountants.

Our main expertise is in strategy, and how to assist companies map out and implement the strategies they require to achieve their end objectives. We strongly believe in a multi-dimensional approach towards strategy, assisting our clients to understand and manage the many factors that impact upon the very performance of their organizations. Our multi-skilled team enables us to achieve this key objective.

About Us: pThe company is run by Dr. Ing. Alex Rizzo, who graduated in electrical engineering in 1989 and qualified as a chartered engineer with the U.K Engineering Council in 2003. Alex is also specialized in business administration, obtaining an MBA in 2001 and subsequently a doctorate in business administration from the Robert Gordon University of Scotland in 2011. His topic of research is in small business strategic behaviour in Malta using a grounded theory approach. Alex's main areas of expertise are in small business strategy and in integrated water resource management. Alex is a corporate member of the Institute of Engineering and Technology (MIET), a fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (FCMI), a member of the Institute of Small Business and Entrepreneurship (ISBE) and of the International Water Association (IWA).
